Offline Exam details

 

*TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR OFFLINE (DIRECT) ABACUS EXAMINATION:

  1. PARENTS / GUARDIAN ARE REQUESTED TO DROP THE CHILD AT THE ENTRANCE OF THE CAMPUS.
  2. DURING EXAM, PARENTS / GUARDIANS ARE STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED INSIDE THE CAMPUS.
  3. JEWELS LIKE BANGLES, ANKLETS, LONG-EARINGS (GOLD, SILVER, ETC...) ARE NOT ALLOWED INSIDE THE EXAM PREMISES. IF LOST, EXAMINATION DEPARTMENT WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IT.
  4. CANDIDATE SHOULD FOLLOW THE EXAM TIMINGS. CANDIDATES ARE NOT ALLOWED INSIDE THE EXAM PREMISES AFTER THE ENTRY TIME.
  5. CANDIDATE SHOULD BE PRESENT HALF AN HOUR BEFORE COMMENCEMENT OF EXAMINATION.
  6. CANDIDATE SHOULD BRING THE HALL- TICKET SAFELY FOR THE EXAM & PRODUCE TO THE INVIGILATOR.
  7. CANDIDATE SHOULD BRING THE FOLLOWING MATERIALS. a) HALL-TICKET, b) ABACUS TOOL,* c) WRITING PAD, d) PENCIL, ERASER, & SHARPENER.
  8. VENUE, DATE & TIME OF THE EXAM WILL BE PRINTED IN THE HALL - TICKET.
  9. THOSE WHO HAVE RECEIVED HALL-TICKET WITH THE MARK OF "WITH-HELD" IMMEDIATELY SEND THE PREVIOUS EXAM DETAILS TO THE EXAMINATION DEPARTMENT THROUGH E-MAIL : exam@cba.ind.in / cba.ind.in@gmail.com
  10. THE RESULT WILL BE PUBLISHED ON THIS WEBSITE (www.cba.ind.in) ONLY WITHIN 30 WORKING DAYS FROM THE DATE OF EXAMINATION.
  11. PARENTS ARE REQUESTED TO GET THE PICK-UP CARD FROM CBA EXAM DEPARTMENT STAFF WHILE YOU DROP YOUR CHILD FOR EXAM AND RETURN THE SAME CARD WHILE PICK YOUR CHILD FROM EXAM CENTRE. IF PARENTS LOST THE PICK-UP CARD, THEN CONCERN PARENT MUST PAY Rs.100 AS FINE.
  12. CANDIDATE / PARENTS SHOULD READ THE HALL - TICKET AND FOLLOW THE GIVEN INSTRUCTIONS.

ABACUS EXAMINATION RE-VALUATION :

           CANDIDATE CAN COLLECT THEIR ABACUS EXAMINATION PAPER COPY FOR RE-VALUATION / RETOTALLING

STEP-1

COLLECT THE APPLICATION FORM  FROM AUTHORISED SCHOOL / STUDY CENTRE.

STEP-2

FILL THE APPLICATION FORM & SUBMIT IT ALONG WITH Rs.300 (FOR COLOUR COPY) or Rs.250 (FOR B/W COPY) TO THE CONCERN PERSON OF AUTHORISED SCHOOL / STUDY CENTRE.

STEP-3

CANDIDATE WILL RECEIVE THE COPY OF EXAM PAPER WITHIN 10 WORKING DAYS FROM THE DATE OF SUBMITTING THE RE-VALUATION APPLICATION FORM.

 

RE-EXAMINATION (LESS MARK / FAIL CANDIDATES / MISSED TO ATTEND ON SCHEDULED DATE OR TIME CANDIDATES) :

            FAIL CANDIDATES / MISSED TO ATTEND ON SCHEDULED DATE OR TIME CANDIDATES / LESS MARK SCORED CANDIDATES CAN APPLY FOR RE-EXAM THROUGH AUTHORISED SCHOOL / STUDY CENTRE BY PAYING THE RE-EXAMINATION FEE.

JUNIOR-1 = Rs. 400

JUNIOR-2 = Rs. 400

SENIOR LEVEL

LEVEL-1 = Rs.400

LEVEL-2 = Rs.400

LEVEL-3 = Rs.400

LEVEL-4 = Rs.400

LEVEL-5 = Rs.400

LEVEL-6 = Rs.400

LEVEL-7 = Rs.400

LEVEL-8 = Rs.1000* (PAPER-1 & PAPER-2)
