Exam Registration – Terms & Conditions

1. This is a one-time Abacus exam registration form. Separate registration is not required for each level.
2. Registration will be considered valid only after successful submission of the form and verification by the examination authority.
3. Exam fees once paid are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
4. Parents/Candidates must provide accurate and complete information. Any incorrect or misleading details may result in cancellation of the registration.
5. All official confirmations, updates, and communications will be sent only to the parent’s registered email ID. Please ensure it is entered correctly and checked regularly.
6. Parents/Candidates must adhere to all examination rules, instructions, and guidelines issued by the examination authority.
7. The examination authority reserves the right to modify the exam schedule, venue, or guidelines if required.
8. Any form of misconduct during the examination process may result in immediate disqualification.
9. By submitting the registration form, the parent and candidate confirm their acceptance of all the above terms and any additional terms that may apply.

Important Instructions (Please Read Carefully)

1. Email Accuracy: Ensure the parent’s email ID is active, correctly typed, and has sufficient inbox space to receive official communications.
2. Candidate Details: The candidate’s name must exactly match official school records or identification documents.
3. Finality of Payment: Once the examination fee is paid, no refund or transfer to another student or session will be permitted.
4. One-Time Registration: This single registration form covers all exam levels; re-registration is not required for each level.

By proceeding and accepting these terms, the parent(s) and candidate acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the above conditions.
